When purchasing merchandise from Glam Squad’s web site or in our boutique, please be aware that we do not accept returns, allow exchanges, offer store credits, or issue refunds of any kind. Due to the seasonality and delicate nature of our merchandise, all sales are final.
Please Note: Special order items not claimed within 90 days will be returned to our stock and payments will be forfeited unless other arrangements have been made.

FREE LAYAWAY
We help you make the dress of your dreams possible.
IN STOCK LAYAWAY - find a dress in our store that you love, but it’s more than you want to spend that day? Just pay 25% down and we’ll hold the dress for you for 90 days. Make one payment per month equal to the initial down payment. Once paid off, you can pick up your dream dress.
SPECIAL ORDERS - If we need to special order a dress that we don’t have the style/color/size in stock that you need, you can pay 1/2 down and pay the balance before the dress is pick up! All Special Orders will be kept for 90 days, anything left after that period becomes the property of Glam Squad and any money down will be forfeit.
Deposits and payments on layaways are non refundable.
Please Note: Layaway/Hold/Special Order items are only held for 90 days. We allow a 60 grace period beyond the 90 days. Merchandise not claimed during that time will be considered abandoned and will be returned to our stock and payments and deposits will be forfeited.
